"Stayed her Jan 2-5, 2024. Irene was kind, helpful and meet us at the boat taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. The place is about a 15 minute walk to the San Marco and the Rialto. Yet far away enough to feel like a local. I highly recommend this place."

"In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM. For your reference once you land at Marco Polo Airport it is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna Waterbus terminal. Alfonso was there to greet us at the boat dock. Alfonso was very friendly even at this time of night. We walked to the property and were greeted with snacks and drinks. "The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They answered all questions we had and provided us with taxi service due to an early checkout. They made amazing recommendations and they all truely were the nicest people ever. This hotel was recommended from our friends, as they loved it too. I am so glad we stayed here. The hotel was close to St Marks square, a 4 minute walk. Beautiful room and very spacious. Air conditioning was amazing on a hot day. "

Great hotel, food and service

"Great hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms have everything you need inside. They offer variety of food on the restaurant and have vending machine for anything after hours. Service desk assist us on booking an early taxi to get to the hotel and it was a breeze. Only complain is checkout, not sure if the crew is new or service is not working. It took a while for them to figure out the system. Overall great service. "
