「Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. Not a lot of little extras, just your basic setup, which worked for...

「Great location in a fun city!」

「Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

「Beautiful and peaceful property. Perfect fenced in yard for our dog to relax without a leash. The owners were kind and very responsive. House was well stocked with thoughtful items to enjoy our stay. Thank you, we will definitely be backMike and Susie」

「This is the best facility we have ever used! It started with an effortless check-in process with effective communication from our host, Jason. When we arrived (Large house numbers, easy to see) the facility looked like new. There was incredible attention to detail at every point, from snacks and brochures at the entrance, to games/toys for kids and adults (great for that dreaded rainy day). Numerous tv's were also available. The coffee maker (drip and Keurig) was well stocked. The light...

「We rented this house for several friends that were visiting for the Manistee National Forest Festival. Everyone was very happy with the cleanliness, location, and amenities that the property offered. Lots of hot water even after several showers. Quiet neighborhood, but still just a minute from shopping and just 5 minutes from downtown.」

「Had a great stay! Home is exactly what we expected. The shower is small but worked for what we needed. The location to the beach can't be beat!」

「A peaceful house in a peaceful town」
