A very tastefully decorated hotel with great food

Great service and a beautiful hotel. The owner went out of his way to help us with shipping wine to friends. The food was excellent. A minor comment would be some neglect of the property grounds, but overall a great stay.

No air conditioner An employee helped and even called someone owner maybe on FaceTime to fix the problem however hours later still not working until I decided to fix it myself and luckily started to work / the owner knew the problem at 4 pm and only at midnight I got it working after waste my time calling him to find some solution to the problem His answer was we are not perfect I found out that The valve of the air conditioner was shut down

Arrivato non cera nessuno, telefonato divev asoettare, erano le 15.30, orario di check-in ore 15.00. Arrivata manivestavo mie lamentele sulla assenza di personale, vista camera, buia, non sembrava pulita, ma iramai ero preso dai nervi, parlato con proprietario e stabilito di pagare le 2 notti ed andare via. Le foto nel vistro sito non corrispondono esattamente a ciò che ho trovato.

Hôtel très agréable, charmant avec une décoration très moderne et à la fois rustique. Chambre spacieuse, très bien décorée et lumineuse, très grande terrasse aménagée avec de belles vues sur la campagne!!!! Salle du petit déjeuner et restaurant magnifique et spacieuse. petit déjeuner abondant, très varié, de bonne qualité et produits frais et locaux!!!!!! Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de carte pour le menu, plats et vin pour la partie restaurant option de diner!!!! A penser et à mettre en place....

Stanza molto piccola e senza neppure una scrivania. Biancheria usurata, pulizia scarsa e climatizzazione “a tratti”. Da migliorare. Unica nota positiva è il ristorante, da provare.

Struttura tranquilla,ottimo appoggio per una notte

Struttura con poche camere e ristorante fuori Lucera. Camera spaziosa e pulita, parcheggio disponibile, personale cortese e disponibile. Viaggiavo per lavoro e non trovare intoppi o sorprese rende piacevole il soggiorno. Ristorante da provare, ottimi prodotti e preparazioni.

The breakfast was not as good as expected - the fruit was not replenished daily, nor was the pound cake, which sat out uncovered and was dried out. The dinner was way overpriced, nothing special. The grounds were overgrown and messy.

Somewhat disappointing

Very pleasant hotel,but title effort was made by the staff to communicate. We made reservations for dinner, but no explanation was provided about the menu. We had read that the restaurant was pricey, so we told the concierge that we would not pay more than 60 euro, a reasonable amount for dinner for 2, with House wine. The total exceeded that amount, an d only after strong objec tion was the price corrected.

Perfect Stay!

My husband and I were visiting the area where his grandparents had immigrated from in the 1920s. Relais in Contrada seemed like the perfect place to stay while we explored Lucer and Troia. It was! Massimo (the owner) was amazing! We quickly felt like family. The location and property are beautiful and spacious! The restaurant was some of the best food we had in Italy! Highly recommend booking here!

There was nobody at the reception to meet us!

We could not stay at the hotel because when we arrived at 2:30 there was nobody there and we waited until 3:10 and still there was nobody and it was very cold we couldn't wait any longer so we left , this is the first time something like this happened to us! A hotel without any reception !
