The property is very nice, very clean and the staff helpful. I would suggest they add a few essentials such as salty, pepper, and dish towels Very well localized. The only problem we had was that we said we would be there at 5 and arrived at 2. No one there to let us in. But everything worked out.

Le Dimore del Borgo is just on the outskirts of Lucca, 5min walk and you enter the walls of Lucca. Parking at the hotel is limited, about 10ish cars in total directly at the back of the hotel in an off street secure parking lot. The hotel reception is not staffed 24-7. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with cooking facilities and dining table. The bathroom was very clean. There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel, but breakfast is available if booked in advance (I believe it is served to the room). It is very well located, safe to walk in the neighborhood and a good location to explore Lucca from. They have a very nice small dog 🐶that is at reception in the morning.
