"We had a fantastic stay at The Addison. Ed was extremely communicative from the minute we booked! His suggestions were so helpful and dictated much of our stay. We felt right at home, and it felt like we were Ed's personal friends, and he was excited to have us enjoy his slice of paradise. The design of the house is perfect. Well suited for large parties - large open space in the middle of the house and bedrooms off to both sides. Ed's on-island property manager was also delightful and willing to help us with anything we needed while staying at the home. The house was well-equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and pool-side. The beds were comfy, the couch was cozy and the table was great for games and puzzles!When you first walk into the house, you feel like the house is an infinity pool. The ocean is right there. The outside facilities were great! SO many loungers! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ed!"

"Exceptional property, likely one of the best places we have stayed in the world! Wellstocked, great responses and service. House accommodated 9 people comfortably. Pool was warm, beach and snorkeling great. The details including things like branded stamped toiletpaper and branded welcome gifts were impressive. Patrick, the house manager and crew, were also great and very accommodating for a Christmas check-in. Hope to return again one day! "

"Great little VRBO right in the middle of Black Point. Walking distance to everything. Host has rental golf cart if needed as well as boats. She picked us up from airport, gave us a tour of the island and dropped us off when we left. Can’t wait to go again in the spring. "

"This home is just absolutely lovely! We loved everything about it! Some days the ocean was very calm. We were out swimming in it with a few water toys other days the ocean had big waves, and my son body surfed. Our host was incredibly responsive and did an excellent job if you’ve seen the pictures-there’s no I involved the place looks identical and it’s just beautiful!!"
