It’s not new but clean and good service.

Great location right in Brisbane CBD, which made everything really convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need — a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and a separate bedroom. We also appreciated having laundry facilities and being able to wash our clothes during the stay. That said, the apartment feels a bit worn and dated, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, so a few updates/renovations would really improve the overall experience. Overall, a solid stay mainly thanks to the size and the central location.

The room was very spacious and clean. Reception was very helpful and we had a nice stay. Struggled how to activate kitchen ventilation fan. Later I found the body itself to be pulled forward to turn the fun on. Maybe an instruction label is helpful. Kitchen was a bit dark as the spot light over the kitchen did not turn on. In my reservation house keeping was not included who I did not know until the reception explained me as such.

The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us.

Wonderful hotel close to the south bank waterfront. Very nice comfortable room.
