"We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Islander in St. Maarten! The location was excellent and made it very convenient to enjoy everything the area had to offer. The property had nice amenities, the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall we felt it was a great value for the money. I especially want to recognize JaRule, who went above and beyond during our stay. His friendliness, helpfulness, and great customer service really stood out and helped make our experience even more enjoyable. Employees like him definitely make a difference! The property itself could use some updating in certain areas, but that did not take away from our overall experience. Between the great location, amenities, helpful staff, and reasonable value, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying at the Royal Islander again."

"The room was very clean, staff very helpful. We had the partial ocean view and it was 10/10. They say partial but you get an immaculate view of the ocean and golf course. The area was perfect, only 5min drive to the airport. Theres a casino within a 1min walk as well as an amazing and affordable BBQ food truck that I recommend all travelers try. If groceries are needed there’s also a market within a 5 min walk up hill. All in all an amazing listing and surprisingly affordable for what you’re given. On the property there’s a great pool, and gym. Also access to a beach not even a 3min walk away. I highly recommend to solo travelers and group travelers!"

While the property is not a luxury hotel, the pricing is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. Everything is in great working order, but above all, the staff is incredibly devoted, dedicated, and kind. Because of them, I will definitely return.""

"This was our family’s third time staying at The Cliff, and we loved it just as much as the first two times! You simply can’t beat the beautiful views and pool. The property feels very safe and secure, and the location is incredibly convenient. We really appreciated that the condo provided beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as being very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Jonathan was a wonderful and helpful host! We had another amazing stay and will definitely be back again!"
