The bathroom wall is translucent and shines bright light onto bed when bathroom is being used. This greatly disturbs those asleep in bed whenever bathroom is used.

The rooms were very small compared to other RIU hotels. The staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast was not very good compared to other RIU properties I have stayed at. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. I have come to expect from RIU hotels.

I arrived during a heatwave and was quite overheated when I checked in at the front desk. The attendant was so kind to offer me cold water. The room air conditioning was cool, the room was crisp and clean.
