"The hotel was overall a great value for and older hotel. Rooms were clean, property was well maintained, staff were extremely friendly and it is a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The only reason I gave four stars is the bathroom was very small and outdated. It had no fan and the faucet on the shower was broken. The latch lock on the room door was also broken which I like for added safely in hotels. Overall we had a great stay and would go back."

"A nice choice for a short stop in Santa Cruz, this hotel has been well thought out and designed, with appealing and clean rooms, modern design and nice touches throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. At breakfast, the staff were most welcoming, although actual food content was rather average. Useful water dispensers were dotted around the property for bottle fill-ups. Overall, very good."
