"Excellent stay, we were in the hotel section but appreciated having laundry facilities in the common area/section. Beautifully designed and centrally located in the old part of Tainan. "

"While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished."

"1.The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. 2.The lounge happy hour service was excellent, with staff assisting in preparing delicious cocktails. Unfortunately, the hot food selection was somewhat lacking and could be improved. 3.The parking signage was a bit confusing."

"Parking is safe and easy. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, but the only thing needs to be adjusted will be tissue i the room. There’s no tissue placed for people staying in the room."

"Shops and markets are very close by. Step Out on to the street to the morning market. All Of the staff was excellent. So helpful and polite. Helped us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time we come to Tainan. "
