The pictures on the website look beautiful especially the restaurants but they do not reflect reality. All restaurants are buffet style, not 1 a la carte restaurant is available on the property. Even the breakfast was bad for what the room costs. Very deceiving and disappointing. "

"This was a very average stay. Everything takes long because you have to get a shuttle around the property as it is so big. The only nice thing about it is the rooms - those are nice. The rest of the grounds is super average and dirty in some areas. We are a couple and felt like maybe it was more suited to families. The wifi doesnt work properly around the property (only in the rooms) so it was also hard to do work around the hotel. I wouldn’t stay again and did not think it was worth the price. Some staff nice but some staff a bit rude. "

The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great! The breakfast at the hotel provided a buffet service, but the food was very good with several different kinds of eggs offered. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was OK but not my favorite meal. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and helpful.
