The staff are amazing, especially the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean and it’s in a very walkable area, close to much of downtown. This is a studio-hotel. It's a studio condo. It comes with a washing machine, stove, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, bathroom, full tub, a bed and large screen TV. They have terrible customer service, giving me the runaround. Charged me over $700 to cancel a reservation made only a few days before. I have been a Hyatt member since 1987. Greedy and inflexible during this national crisis. Expedia no help at all.

It was a perfect fit for our family. I will say The Firewheel buffet restaurant was our best option for dining as other facilities had limited menus. The buffet by comparison had excellent choices for all.
Horrible beds, not enough amenities for the amount of people, parking should be included, never brought our luggage cart up!
