The open and airy living room is perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. Both bedrooms are generously sized, providing ample closet space one has walkingcloset. BEDROOM 1- has a king bed. BEDROOM 2 has 2 single beds. Sofa opens to queen size bed in the living room. The home’s prime location puts you close to a variety of shops, restaurants, walkable distance to NoHo West Shopping and Dining center. enhancing your everyday convenience. Very safe neighborhood and overall a great environment.

5 star experience from booking to check out. Beautiful neighborhood location for a perfect family visit to LA/Burbank area. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable stay in a modern and inviting home, this is the place. Our host has taken care of all the amenities that can make your stay perfect. Will return.

This house had everything we needed - comfy beds, well-apportioned kitchen, nice living room - and was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy parking. It was very clean, and perfect for our stay. Before leaving, we had an unforeseen change in travel plans, so I contacted Hayk and he was quick to respond and totally accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying in Hayk’s home. We took walks every day in the neighborhood and would pick up coffee from Cara Vana. There were neighbors walking their dogs. A Thanksgiving turkey trot was nearby. I felt very safe and comfortable. The home was a wonderful layout for staying with my in-law. Plenty of privacy. Having the two full bathrooms were great. Hayk was extremely helpful and communicative with everything. Super easy check in and check out process. I highly recommend!
