Very out dated piece of property. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Towels were torn and sheets worn. Mirrors in the bathroom were dirty and the bath mat was filthy.

Grandma's 99 Birthday

The Location was perfect and home was perfect for our family needs. Love the back Yard - so beautiful.

our experience

We really liked the location of the property and the near by food , shopping (food & otherwise) and ease to and from the freeway. However, the pictures make this property look much more updated then it really is. My group was a party of 5 and there were exactly five bath towels, some of the extra blankets were not clean (we found food particles on one of them which made us wonder how clean the sheets /& bedding was). We were directed to park in the garage or driveway; we had 3 cars so didn't understand why we couldn't park one of them on the street. Overall I would say the house experience rated an aveage.

Great location for our needs

The house was in a perfect location for a bike event that we were participating in. Very quiet neighborhood. House was cute and well maintained

Wedding trip

Our youngest son got married in Camarillo. Great to have a house to accommodate our family. Convenient little location to everything.

Well stocked house in a great neighborhood!

This is a nicely stocked house, carpeted with a lovely backyard. We had a couple issues with the laundry and dishwasher which were quickly regulated. It's a location with a nice park in walking distance for adults and children.

family-friendly house in a good location

Good location just a few minutes from stores and restaurants in Thousand Oaks. Clean house and yard. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Friendly and helpful property manager.

From louisville to visit family in calif

Was just "wonderful" If i could suggest though to have more comfortable mattresses or cushioned pads on the beds & also suggest having more than 1 TV perhaps. Also wanted you to know the patio overhang in backyard leaks when its raining (not sute if you were aware) Thank you for a wonderful stay!
