It was a new building and very clean. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable. I was able to relax from the bottom of my heart. The shower was clean and the TV was large. It was the perfect room to relax and recover from the fatigue of travel.

Great stay! Check in involves a kiosk that connects you with a friendly person who helps you get a run down of the place, pay a deposit, and pay for parking. They’ll provide you a room # and door code. Door handle should be opened quickly after entering in the given code. Whoever books the accommodation should have a license or passport ready to scan. The rooms are smaller but had everything we needed for a nice stay. Beautiful interiors and very comfortable to sleep. Would definitely come back!

Interesting check in. Efficient. Stayed in basic room. Had shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Fridge available, multiple hangers, ironing board and iron. Plank floors Bathroom a bit cramped for two people use. No place to really keep hygiene items. No cups in room. Bed fairly comfortable but very squeeky. Water runs down the front of certain rooms and puddles in front. Sometimes there is a sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. Fairly clean. Very nice park next door to relax at. Fairly quiet. Did not hear other rooms. Windows open for ventilation and cross draft.

Check in was just ok. Took awhile. Swiped my card so many times I’m not sure what’s what and had more charges than agreed upon. MAIN ISSUE. PAPER THIN WALLS. Yes the bed was clean and bathroom clean. Size is good for if you’re going to be out all day and just need a place to sleep. I contacted the hotel 3am-7-am about noise, not much was done at all. Street noise a thing but mostly you can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing. Super hard to sleep if in business trip. Asked for a refund on my last night and go Zero response after calling Expedia twice and LEEF agreeing to give me my last night refunded. Fishy. I wouldn’t stay here. Too many worries from charges to constant noise. Not worth it. Went to another hotel after one night on a 4 day stay. Wish they would be more transparent. Check google reviews for the truth. These are higher and not accurate. Real review is 3.2 on google

Shower didn’t drain fast enough. So you are ankle deep in water pretty quickly. The door key pads also don’t work quite right. Some touches don’t register and even when they make a tone that they do, for some reason they don’t. The whole kiosk check in process doesn’t run smoothly either. Other than that they’ve done enough to make it look pretty enough for a picture.

For the price, I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean (inside and out), check in at the kiosk was easy and location was great. Only downside was no microwave in room.

My last stay was disappointing. Around 2 am, police arrived due to a couple's fight, resulting in an hour of screams and yelling. I had nightmares all night. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible orange mold. I previously enjoyed stays at this hotel, but my recent experience was very upsetting.

The service was great. Despite the lobby being staffed by a virtual kiosk with rotating admin professionals, they were very attentive to my needs. However, there were routine disruptions on a nightly basis. I had to report several incidents to local law enforcement. I definitely got what I paid for. Despite my unpleasant interactions with the area, my neighbors at the hotel, and pretty creepy passersby, the room was tidy and room service is speed upon request.

The location is very convenient if you are visiting the Universal studios. The room was ok, it was smaller than expected, but it was clean and comfortable. I did not liked the virtual desk… it felt like you were on your own in case anything happened… but everything went well.
