Went on a solo trip. Okay for if you just need a quick place to stay for a night. Not in the best area so do be careful. Parking is gated and owners are constantly walking outside so i felt my car would be safe.

Mediocre at best

Not the worst place if you need just a place to stay overnight. Just kinda crappy with having to run shower for 15 to 20 mins for water to get hot, a roach in the bathroom, and a condom wrapper on the floor. At least was quiet and parking was easy. Wouldn't stay here of you plan on staying in room longer than just sleeping.

I like the gate and the water pressure. The manager seemed to want to help but the rooms appear to be more of a "rent by the hour" type of place. We moved rooms because there was a used condom on the floor. It smelled heavily of cleaning product but did not appear to have been cleaned. The second room had a used condom in the trash, we had the sheets and towels replaced because the towels looked disheveled so we weren't sure if they had been used but the sheets had some type of bodily fluid on them. There was dirt (some type of soil) in the shower. The mirror and faucets were not clean. The air conditioner didn't work. After all of that, the housekeeper had the audacity to be offended that we made her give us new sheets and towels.

There was a very active beehive 10 feet away from our door, which was at the top of the stairs you take to get to the room. Wasn't even warned by staff the night we checked in, so it was fairly alarming walking out to that little surprise the next morning. The room had several bugs in it and looked like someone with no experience tried to DIY the whole thing. The staff was friendly. Overall, not a great experience.

It was cheap and close to downtown loa Angeles. There can be a bit of traffic on the way downtown but if you take your time, it’s not that bad.
