The staff were very helpful and nice. The power went out for the whole block, and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and let us know when it would be back. The

Easy access off Ventura Blvd. Nice boxed breakfast included. Room was clean. Loud TV sound from next room until the wee hours. Check-in required scanning your drivers license (not the same as recording license number). Bed was very hard. Pillows even harder. Nice shower but low water pressure.
