全員ではないですが、日本人スタッフがいて心強かった。ただ、アメリカ人のスタッフの方はお湯が欲しいといったら、部屋にあるコーヒーメーカーで作れと言われ、スタッフによって対応が異なる点は残念でした。

フレンドリーで良心的なホテルでした。施設は古めでも広くてバスタブがあったのは良かったです。朝食はシンプルですがフルーツが美味しかったです。

日本人のスタッフもいてとても利用しやすかった。プールがもう少し広ければ、あと食事の種類も少ない、立地はいい。全体的にはまあまあいい

Very happy from our stays at this hotel. Staff is great at the front office, they make it easier. We have used this hotel for its location, proximity to medical center and proximity to harbor and pier. Parking is great too. No additional parking fees which is almost impossible in this area. Most hotels and locations will charge a parking fee but not at this hotel. This is a big plus. The rooms are not luxurious but they're clean. It's been a different room every time and there are differences mainly in size but very consistent in cleanliness. Check in and check out is very easy. Parking is very easy. Not a whole lot of walking needed for this.

The staff is great. The hotel location is very convenient and is walking distance to dining places. Also fairly near UCLA medical center.

Great budget hotel in a great location. Tons of food and shopping close by - felt very safe walking everywhere. Staff were great! Basic rooms but very adequate for a good sleep.

Thank you for your comments. Regarding the noise, did you request to move to another room? I am sorry but all guests use the water from the faucet or may bring bottled water if they wish. Our maintenance has repaired the AC unit. Regarding a smell, housekeeping may have used too much bleach in the room. My apoloigies.

The hotel location is very convenient for walking to many areas of interest in Venice Beach including a friend's recording studio on Abbot Kinney. Hotel is very functional as a place to stay and doesn't pretend to be luxurious.

Really quiet and nice. Bathroom size was so perfect. It wasn’t a squished feeling that some places have. Great ventilation. Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was super friendly and accommodating
