Great location in Pasadena, mins to Old Town, supermarkets and shops. Beautiful large one bedroom apartment in craftsman style home. High ceiling, about 800 sqft, kitchen and bathroom just remodeled, triple panels windows in the bedroom, and with window drapery for all windows.

Simple and modern decoration. Large space with work deck, office chair and walk-in shower room. Nice living room with bay windows, 65 inch Sony smart TV. Iron, Iron board, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, cookwares, pans and pots...fully equipped for basic cooking.

Convenient and nice neighborhood, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, shops and Gold Metro, Huntington Hospital, Trader Joe's, CVS...
