A wonderful relaxing atmosphere to bring smile on your loved ones faces .
This 2BD/1BA Modern house is located in the most quiet neighborhood of the valley. This property is only few minutes away from all major stores and shops and only short distance away from Hollywood , Santa Monica , Beverly Hills, Six Flags and universal studios .....

There are motion detection security cameras “ outside” of the property facing front , side and backyard of the property .

I have attached ADU & guest house which are seperate from main house. Just a friendly reminder, Please make sure to include number of pets in your reservation since there will be a small pet fee for each pet .

Great location to amusement parks! Plenty of restaurants within walking or driving distance. Our family came down from Canada and stayed for 8 days to experience what LA had to offer. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Great experience! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great for a longer term stay

Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet fitness! Thanks Behrouz for everything!
