The room was dirty and had a musty mildew smell. The area around it was loud, if you are noise sensitive be wary. Difficult to contant through phone number.

Didnt like how you communicate with the front desk. No room service or service to call for more sheets or blankets. Bathroom was always wet like there was a leak. Bed and pillows are very stiff

Worst stay I've ever had. Window was broken & boarded up with cardboard. Heater broken. At least the bed was somewhat acceptable.
To make matters worse they never refunded my security deposit. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
I don't know how they manage to have the rating that they do (6.2 stars when I booked) but don'I trust it like I did!

Réservation sur cette hôtel n’a pas eu lieu suite à un changement de carte bleue de plus nous avons pas eu de confirmation et d’informations pour changer la carte bleue donc nous sommes arrivés Réservation annulée il y avait deux nuits de chambreet impossible de trouver un autre hôtel réservation fait six mois à l’avance Notre séjour commençait très mal je pense que Hotels.com est responsable
