We really enjoyed this unit, it was exactly as advertised, the location was amazing, pool and hot tub were great and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

A Nice Beach House

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet. We did notice a few times that the main doors to the building were propped open or the front door wasn’t closed all the way. I’m originally from this area and know there can be some shady people walking down PCH so everytime we saw that we shut the door closed so it would lock.

Loved the Pool

Great pool and view! Would not stay here in summer with no A/C. Neighbors were great and host delivered coffee when the coffee maker broke. Loud traffic on PCH but still had a great stay!

Stunning location

We loved this property. It is right on the water and walking distance to great restaurants and Malibu Pier. The pool and beach in front of the property are both amazing. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Check in and check out was seamless. Will definitely be back and have already recommended it to many friends.

Wonderful!

If you want quiet, and walk the beach this location is perfect. Beds super comfortable, the 2nd bedroom gets a lot of road noise, so bring plugs or plan to rise early. Everything well appointed, will be back.

Perfect spot in Malibu!

Beautiful condo in a great location! Plenty of space for our family of four. It was so nice having a parking space in the garage that is on the same side of the street also. Parking can be difficult if you don’t and it’s hard to cross Pacific Coast Highway with all the speeding cars. We loved opening the doors and seeing the ocean and heating the waves crash. Amazing view! The owner was very responsive as I was thrown off at first that there wasn’t air conditioning. But even during a heat wave, it wasn’t needed due to the ocean breeze. Highly recommend and if we go back to Malibu, we won’t stay anywhere else!

Malibu Condo With A Beach Views

Getting my daughter settled in at Pepperdine University, my main desires of accommodations were a clean, comfortable, beach front property close to her campus. Communication with William prior to our stay was really easy...he was quick to respond to all my inquires. Check-In was a breeze, and we really appreciated the assigned, secure garage parking spot and elevator. The unit is cute and appears exactly like the listing. However, the housekeeping could use a bit more vigor and effort. Kitchen and bathroom were clean, but there were food wrappers behind the nightstand, and popcorn and chips on the floor underneath the living room coffee table on wheels. There were burnt ashes in the fireplace, and the sliding glass door that accesses the patio balcony was full of smears, smudges and tiny hand prints. Also, only one garbage bag for trash, no kitchen dishtowels to dry dishes, or dish washing detergent/pods to clean dishes in dishwasher. Overall, nice and decent condo, excellent location, perfect parking...it is just in need of efficient cleaning where furniture items are moved by housekeepers. Thank you!

Beautiful View

Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a very quiet community if you are looking for a peaceful area. You can walk to several restaurants and the pier is only about 1/2 mile. The only recommendation I would make is to make a washer/dryer available. Great stay. Thank you!

Fabulous weekend getaway

Came into town to spend some time with my adult kids and this was the perfect place to chill and have quality time. Waking distance to the pier and beach walks right outside thrme door couldn’t be beat. The unit was perfect and communications from the host were easy and accurate. I’ll be back.

Nice condo with a view

Perfect condo on the beach, nice pool and spa and access to the beach. Note for the owner: We could of used more towels and wash clothes to shower with, didn’t have enough and had to use one for the floor cause there isn’t bathroom rugs, so the floor gets super wet from the shower. The bedroom next to the kitchen could use a mirror, everyone had to go into the master bedroom to get ready or the bathroom. The bathroom could use a pocket door to block off the shower and toilet while others are able to still get ready in the rest of the bathroom. Super cute condo and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

Excellent stay

Other than the weather while we visited, everything was perfect with the property. A beautiful pool and hot tub on premises with a great ocean view. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was a lovely way to drink morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable too. Highly recommend this property!

Convenient Beachfront Getaway

What a location! Each morning I drank my coffee on the patio listening to the waves crash and watching dolphins playing just off the shore. I walked along the beach each day and even up to the Pier since it was so close. The property itself was super clean and exactly what I needed. Slept with the windows open and used the ocean waves as my white noise. Comfy bed and oversized living room furniture. I will be back again for sure. There was not a thing about it that I disliked. (It should be noted that the bathroom access is only through the master bedroom. Might be an issue for some groups.)

Perfect location in a perfect destination!

This condo is in a great location if you’re staying in Malibu! Easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Such a treat to have beautiful sunrises, a pool and a view! The owner was really great to work with. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

good expensive no aircon old building immediately adjacent to a very very very busy noisy highway need cab,uber or car to drive to supply store nice pool dolphins,seals etc easily seen.

Great unit! Great location!

Wonderfully renovated unit in highly desirable location. You can’t beat the pool and beach access. Very well secured property. So much better than a hotel room. Working with owners/property managers very well done and coordinated. Bed super comfy. We arrived during unusual heat wave and no a/c in unit but ocean breezes and fans worked nicely. EVery thing we needed was included. Highly recommend and will Definitely be returning. Thank you!
