Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a $750 Refundable Damage Deposit will be charged to your credit card the day of your arrival.

Pool and River Spa / Hot Tub will open Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day and is only open during this time period. Also due to the large volume of gallons and service needs prior to your stay, the River Spa / Hot Tub may not be up to full temperature first 24 hours of your stay.

Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at parking area and rear yard facing lake.

Beautiful Property
We got married in this area over the weekend and the house was just perfect in all aspects. It was large enough to to accommodate all of our family that came out of town and we also got some amazing pictures of our wedding party there. The view was beautiful from the back patio. If we are ever in this area, we will be back.

Great Get Away on Lake Erie!
This lovely lakefront home is well maintained and has beautiful views of Lake Erie. The home comfortably accommodated our family of 15 with 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 23 to 10. The spacious covered patio has lots of seating around two tables. The pool and huge hot tub were great! Having 3 ovens and 2 refrigerators was helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy. This home is located a short drive from Put-in-Bay and Cedar Point. Best of all, we enjoyed the beautiful evening sunsets!

Wonderful Lake Front Getaway
We stayed here for my bachelorette party. The house, pool, and grounds were very well maintained and there was adequate food/fridge space. The view is incredible for Lake Erie sunsets. Overall we had a wonderful weekend here.
