"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. "Quaint cottage directly on the Loch Bay. Clean and comfortable. Garden with seating and table. Stone beach with water access. Found many pieces of colorful pottery and glassware! There are two restaurants, one is Loch Bay which is Michelin awarded. Weeks wait to get a reservation. The other is Stein. Reservations suggested. No other food, so stop at a Co-O prior to arriving!"

"Eileen Isay was the perfect central location for us to explore Isle of Skye. Dunvegan Castle, Fairy Pools, prehistoric Brochs, hiking in the Cuillins and our favourite hike The Quiraing. Absolutely jaw dropping scenery and magic weather all week. The cottage was ideal for us, cosy, warm, very comfy bed and everything we needed. Every evening we sat by the bay window and watched the amazing sunsets, all of which made our Golden Anniversary a very memorable one. Thankyou Marion!"

"We loved staying at Hughes Hideaway. Our favorite part was that there were little lambs/ sheep in the pasture next to the house for part of our stay. It also had really nice Mountain View’s as well as a little peekaboo sea view. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was away from the busyness, it was just a really charming spot to stay. We would definitely come back again."

Great local craft show on Tuesdays, the Glendale Village Shop had wonderful local foods, and we could watch seals and otters along the coast of The Little Minch. "Cute house in a centrally located neighborhood, within walking distance to groceries and downtown Portree. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and was comfortable for our family. One bedroom could stand a new mattress as our kids could feel some springs. Also some blackout curtains would be great in the Spring/Summer months as it is light most of the day and night.
