It was a clean room however the bathroom had issues with the toilet needs to be changed old too slow to fillup had plastic bottle in tank to help with filling tank !!!! Makes lots of noise No one around exceptin the morning for breakfast door entry very hard to unlok and lock Service of the room on demand staff in the morning very nice and helpfull

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dining options were delicious. We loved every minute of our stay here. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is fantastic. Boutique B&B vibes, very clean, comfiest beds we stayed in on our whole trip. Service was amazing, dinner and breakfast were both top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling here.

Atholl house was one of our most favorite stays during our 14 day adventure. From check in to check out we felt so at home and cared for. It is a place you can truly kick back and relax like you are at home. So many thoughtful details have been put into place to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were lovely with wonderful light and healthier options than at other hotels or bed and breakfasts we tried out. Any person with any diet preferences would leave happy. Since we are speaking of food we chose to eat dinner there one evening. We enjoyed dinner thoroughly as well. They are within a very short walking distance to several other nice dinner options. They had a very thorough guide of hikes and places to see while in the area. The rooms had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was a lovely size. Truly it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely book again if I make it back to Scotland!

Everything was just fantastic. Homely service, pleasant team, wonderful room, and great location. Couldn't have asked for more. Jennie and the team were so welcoming and the restaurant is classics done really well.

It was the best place we stayed in the UK! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable snd help us plan our day of adventure. Their knowledge and advice helped make our time meaniningful. And, the food there is excellent. I would highly recommend Atholl House.

Atholl was an absolutely amazing place to stay! My first day in I ended up getting a flat tire on the road back from the Fairy Pools and while waiting to be towed I was able to get ahold of the staff and they were so helpful and kind helping me check in late. The staff was absolutely lovely, the room was incredibly cozy and the breakfast was delicious. When I am able to make it back to the Isle I would absolutely stay here again!

We received a friendly greeting at check-in at Atholl house. That favorable initial impression was reinforced by the clean and quiet room, excellent dining option, and daily breakfasts. Parking is easy and the location is convenient to many of the attractions in the Isle of Skye.

Heaven on Skye

They were so wonderful! And the lounge area is so comfortable and fantastic. We loved the cocoa/coffee machine, the beds were comfortable, and the location is great! they made us feel so comfortable and cared for! The crumpets were the BEST, I'm still dreaming about the food. (We had dinner and breakfast there) This is for sure the place we'll be booking on our next trip.

Perfect balance of Hotel Service and personal B&B

Fabulous place to stay, a perfect balance between a hotel (big enough and high level of service) and B&B (very personal service, close attention to detail). Loved our stay. Food was excellent - well presented, tasty and not overstuffed with extras (e.g. chips). Breakfast is continental (suited us!) but great variety, well presented and tasty. Room was extremely comfortable and location is perfect.

Jennie and her team provided exemplary service during our three night visit. The inn couldn't be more lovely, the food delicious and the hospitality warm and gracious. Will definitely refer Atholl House Skye as THE most wonderfully authentic place on the island to my friends in America. The town of Dunvegan with its very own castle delights. This place sparkles!

Great place to stay when visiting Skye

I could not have better things to say about our stay at Atholl House! It was a wonderful stay with a very warm and welcoming staff! Rooms were spacious, and incredibly large bathrooms which isn’t always expected in Europe! We did not have dinner on site, but were very accommodating with breakfast and offer to-go options which is extremely helpful if you have any early mornings planned. Overall, a pleasant stay and will look to stay here on any future trips to Isle of Skye!

Believe the reviews! It's a beautifully maintained property. Lovely sitting area, beautiful breakfast and great breakfast options, yogurt, raisins, granola, cereal, breads, meat and cheese. The rooms are big enough to move around and you have a front row view of the lake. Quiet, with restaurant on property. The shower is a low flow, but remains hot. The most pleasant feature were the staff! Wonderfully accomodating and the most friendly staff of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Loved our stay.

Atholl house is a lovely B&B in Dunvegan Scotland. It's located in a wonderful area for exploring Skye. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and they can make a take away breakfast if you are on an early start. The lounge was lovely to sit in at the end of the day and enjoy a beverage before dinner, which was quite tasty. The room wasn't huge but it was clean and well provisioned. We like the eco friendly policies of Atholl House. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not to our particular liking, just a bit off. Overall we would definitely stay here again if we were in this area.
