「Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles.」

「The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.」

「Good location, basic but clean room, friendly staff. Good parking. Value for money」

「Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.」

「The staff was super helpful, Drinks and food good. Very comfy beds.」

「Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.」
