The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience. If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again.

Base Camp Lodge - Albertville
Great stay, new property, amazing staff, personalised service! Would definitely recommend. Anyone I encountered from Reception to bar and restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way to look after me. Pool facilities were excellent and clean! Will come back many more times!

Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel.
