This is a 28 day minimum rental.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 20lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dogandpay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500andasked to vacate without a refund.
