I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. They also provided useful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Jade Suites, which boasted an ideal location overlooking Hoan Kim lake and was just a short walk from the old quarter. These suites only had a total of six rooms and it was very relaxing. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Robin, Huy, Mie, and Otis standing out for their exceptional service. They made our stay extra special. They even took care of our breakfast needs on days when we had early morning tours. We definitely recommend these service suites to anyone staying in Hà Nội.

We loved our stay at Lavender Central! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was decorated the bed beautifully with towel swans and roses for our anniversary.Amenities provided everyday included two bottles of water and for the bathroom—shampoo, body wash, q tips, razor, shower cap, and toothbrushes. House keeping promptly clean our rooms every morning. The room was very quiet—couldn’t believe we were in the midst of the bustling Old Quarter at bedtime. We only took advantage of the breakfast the last morning and it was delicious.
The hotel was located perfectly for walking around and seeing many things Hanoi has to offer. Perfect stay for a couple!
