"The property was under renovations, which we appreciate, but it caused some common spaces to be unusable and extra time to wait on elevators, etc while workers were using elevators to move materials. Our room was newly renovated and felt very clean. We love the location. It was a great experience."

"TV very difficult to use and no instructions on operation. Staff came to room and couldn’t figure out TV. Shade operation not described and some shades did not work. Hot water cut out during shower once. Expresso machine did not work and no decaf available. I expected more paying penthouse prices. Staff tried their best, room was clean, etc. "

"Love the Renwick! Ideally located two blocks from Grand Central, 15 minute walk to Bryant Park and 30 minute walk to MoMA and Theatre District. Staff are great, it’s clean and modern. Plus there’s a fun bar attached to it for a nightcap. "

"Everything was great, the food in the bar/restaurant area is very overpriced for very basic dishes. Breakfast buffet $35 per person, food was not hot, sub par taste. Other than that hotel was absolutely wonderful, clean property, helpful staff, close to many things for entertainment, close to subway stop for travel."
