  • Direct Oceanfront Southwestview 2bdrm 2bath condo in a luxury building hotel/resort style. Centrally located; next to Allegria hotel, Marvel ice cream, restaurants, shops, LIRR, bus stop, grocery store and more.
    Minimum stay is 29 nights. Swim in ani ground heated pool anytime no limits, enjoy a bbq with all new gas grills, lounge chairs… and indulge in our hot infrared sauna before reading a book on the bay window before a good movie in bed while hearing and seeing the ocean waves.
    24/7 security doorman, dog run, One dog permitted, comes with one parking on the upper deck garage. There is a laundry room on the same floor with two washers and two dryers.
