We had a great stay. The place was very well kept, clean and comfy. It was a short walk to many sites. The rooftop patio was a definite added bonus. We didn’t use the parking but the instructions were very clear on how to if you needed. It would’ve been nice to have some added amenities like dish soap and dish cloths but other than that, it really had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was quite clean compared to other areas we walked through. The host are very quick at returning messages isn’t answering questions we had. They were very accommodating and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

Very nice prperty, great breakfast. The glass door on the bathroom and beds pushed together were a little strange and not family friendly. I made many requests for an early check in and that did not happen which was disappointing. Paying $99 to park for 24 hours was ridiculous and should be made clear when booking. Im not happy with expedias customer service

Very clean hotel room and friendly, helpful staff. Having breakfast readily available every morning was wonderful. We are so glad we stayed with the Riu Times Square for our first time in New York City!

Wow, I stayed at the property for a conference but I can’t wait to go back for personal travel. Absolutely beautiful and so luxurious.
