"The keeper here is friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable with a great view of the countryside. Shower had great heat and plenty of shower, gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. "Wonderful location and our room was spacious. Shared toilet and shower area. Breakfast was excellent and owners super nice. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbor does so how quiet they are or not is dependent on your neighbor. Dogs are allowed so when our neighbor left the dog cried for a couple of hours then was quiet. The next night quiet but as each neighbor uses the door, or makes any noise I would wake up. If your a heavy sleeper it may not...

"This Derry location was near to many restaurants and sites. Street parking was easy and not an issue for our stay. Traffic noise was a bit loud in the morning but not at bed time. Washer/dryer were the key reasons for our stay at the property as this was the middle of our trip. W/D worker well for us. "
