部屋は非常に狭く、窓もなく暗い。寝るだけ&荷物置きという目的であると割り切った方が良い。妻との2人での滞在であったが、この狭さに当初は大きな衝撃を受けた。滞在後にホテルの紹介ページを見返す事で気付いたが、私はCocoon2で予約していたにも関わらず、Cocoon1の部屋を割り当てられていた模様。そりゃ狭いはず。ミスなのか意図的なものなのかは不明だが良い気はしない。 良い点としては、立地の良さ。空港からはundergroundのピカデリー線直通でアクセス出来る事に加え、ピカデリーサーカスや、コベントガーデン、ハロッズなどのショッピングスポットへは、いずれも徒歩やunderground でも15分程度でアクセス出来る。また、主な観光地もアクセスが良く、この点は非常に助かった。 スタッフは、フレンドリーな対応で好感を持てた。

ピカデリーサーカス駅から近く、アクセスはかなり良かった。 周辺を観光する予定の人には非常に良いと思う。 スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗に清掃されており静かで過ごしやすかった。 洗面台の排水が悪く水がすぐ溜まってしまうのと、シャワールームにドアが付いてないので、トイレの方まで水がはじいてきてしまうのが残念。 ドライヤー等は貸し出しです。

ショートステイだったので場所重視で探しました。 とにかくこのホテルはスタッフがいい!みんな親切でした。 部屋はアメニティもヘアドライヤーもティッシュもテーブルさえもなし。 ヘアドライヤーは遅くなると全て貸し出してしまうので、チェックインの時に借りた方がいいです。 他に困ったのは、レインシャワーしかないこととシャワーのドアがなかったので、トイレの方までビショビショになってしまうことです。 また、タオルはバスタオルが一人一枚あるのと足ふきマット一枚のみでした。 色々と工夫が必要でしたが、その代わり安く泊まることが出来たし、部屋内は清潔でしたので、またロンドンにショートステイするときは泊まりたいと思います。

とてもシンプルでスタイリッシュなホテル。
ピカデリーサーカス駅から直結となっているけど、まだ地下の接続が未完了なので、ピカデリー駅地下鉄ホームから3階分は階段必須。地上に出た後、ファイブガイズのビルの真ん中が、入り口。いつコネクトされるかまだ未定だそうです。お部屋は清潔でシンプル。窓が無いので、外の天気など一切分からず。タオルはふかふかで、ベットも寝心地良いが、部屋の掃除、ドライヤーレンタルは、申告制。チェックインの時は、何も案内無し。基本自分で何もかもやります。インアウトのフロント支援は無し。ティファール無し。部屋に棚や、セキュリティBOX、クローゼットハンガー一才無し。細かい物や、洋服を物を置く場所が無か困る。が、スタイリッシュで、場所がバツグンなので、また利用すると思PCRのPDFファイルをプリントしたかったが、プリンターが無いと言われNG。チェックアウト後、スーツケースは預かって貰えます。
地下鉄とコネクトすればかなり便利。まだ未開通。
シングルベット3台のトリプルルームを予約したのに、案内された部屋は2段ベットの部屋。梯子は怖いし、あたまぶつけるしで、部屋変えてもらいました。

best place ever. I went with my mom (who is on the more difficult side to please) and she loved our stay there. It was so clean. The hotel had a very calm vibe. Check in and check out was seamless. (Please note that it’s 50 pound to check in a couple hours early. If you want to drop off your bags early it’s 15 pounds per bag.) The location of this hotel is FANTASTIC. I believe it’s the best location to stay in in London.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel looks new and has a nice design. Unfortunately, all their rooms do NOT have any windows with small square feet, so I felt like as if I’m stuck in a tiny box. I felt not rested and claustrophobic. The bathroom could have been cleaner and they also charge 10 pounds to rent a hair dryer… Overall if you do not mind a tiny room with NO windows and only care about the location then this would be good hotel.

Great location on Piccadilly Circus. Staff upgraded room upon arrival which was a nice surprise. Very clean and comfy bed/room. Would definitely stay again and recommend

I think all the room have no window. This place charge for things that unheard of for a hotel stay. Like $15 pounds per luggage to hold your luggage, $10 pounds for 8 hours to borrow blow dry. Ridiculous!!!! The room is so bare minimum is almost like staying in a crave. Toilet paper and shampoo is all you get. No table no desk no closet.

The property is the basic economy of flights. They charge extra to check in earlier even though our room was ready and available. They charge extra to hold your luggage. They charge extra for the gym. They charge extra for basically anything and everything. The rooms are show boxes. But the location was great. So just don’t have high expectations for the amenities or service.

I wasn’t able to check in until 1 AM so I was a little disappointed when I was charging the additional fee for a late check out of an additional only two hours. They could definitely be more accommodating. Also, the space is so small… I flew in for a photo shoot and panicked when I saw that they were bunkbeds and no floor space for my suitcase. This is for backpackers only.
