The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool

We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going into the back room / taking official ID etc. Not sure if the problem lies with the hotel or Expedia. Premier + room comfortable and met our requirements.

The shower was filthy, I was booked for three nights, and the elevator did not work for my entire three night stay. The gentleman at the front desk told me I should pray about the elevator when I asked him the status of repair because I was staying on the fourth floor. The front dash also told me that they were working on the repair. However, there were no signs of the elevator being repaired at any time during the three nights I stayed. Had I not paid for my entire stay in full? I would’ve transferred to another hotel. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this location.
