Do not stay here—WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER
We are longtime users of VRBO and this was the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had.We arrived for an early check-in for which we paid an extra 80 to find the host misrepresented where we were staying. Rather than putting us in the apartment pictured in the listing, we were put in a dingy, dark one with insufficient beds for our group and no washer, no patio and no skylights as pictured in the listing. We contacted the host who tried to persuade us to stay by changing the booking with others, but we refused. He was not able to put us in an equivalent place.We’re still trying to get a refund from VRBO, but with no success. We did not check in at all but left immediately—still the host has refused to return our early check-in fee. To top it off, the building itself is dirty, cramped and has trash piled in front of it.
