I love staying at The Draycott every time I am in London as it has become a bit of a "second home" away from home for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, always helpful, and there is a level of service rarely experienced in travel these days. The rooms are charming and quite comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Breakfast is terrific and the extra touches such as afternoon tea, and champagne in the evening make The Draycott a true gem.

This property used to really be top notch, however it is in dire need of some major upgrades and renovations. It looks and feels like it's tired and falling apart.
