Don’t use iron
It is good to equip iron and iron board in a room however, the iron was not maintained properly so I ruined one shirt.

Good stay overall
The room was clean and nice, and no problem with their service. If I were to point out complaints; 1. I wish they placed one or two more extra towels that I could use. 2. There was a conference or a party being held at the same time, and the music sound stayed loud until 10 pm which was annoying. (Just for one night though) 3. I wish there were more places to shop and dine around the hotel.

比較的新しい建物で、内装もシンプルで綺麗でした。アメニティーは最小限ですがビジネスホテル用の使用だったらOK バスルームのバスタブにお湯を溜めるのに時間がかかったのが、マイナス点。

使いやすいホテル
駅に近くビジネスの目的地にも近いのでここを選びました。中心地よりも値段に比べて設備が整っていると思います。併設のレストランやバーもにぎわっていますが、ホテルの近くに飲食店が少ないので東に少し歩くかバスを使うと選択肢が増えます。

今回短期のビジネスで当ホテルを利用させていただきました。ヒースロー空港からのアクセスも非常に良く、またテムズ川沿いのジョギング・ウォーキングコースまでは徒歩7~8分程度で到着できる場所にあり、更にホテル徒歩圏内にはパブやレストランもそこそこありロケーションは良いと感じました。 個人的に少し残念なのは、バスタブがなかった点でした。それ以外不満を感じる点はありませんでした。

We decided to stay at Clayton Chiswick eventhough it is not in zone 1 or zone 2. This hotel is only 800 feet to Gunnersbury station. We took the district line to Westminster and central London, it’s very convenient. We also took the bus to Hyde park and the bus stop is literally right outside of the hotel. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Our room is big and comfortable. The bathroom is also big and modern. We had a great time spending four nights there.

The breakfast buffet was cold- very disappointing for the amount of money you pay to have cold eggs, sorta warm beans, cold hash brown. Just disappointed. Coffee was extremely bitter. I also have asthma and it was aggravated by the smells when you first walk into the hotel. The cleaners they use are harsh and it made it extremely difficult for me to breathe. Our coffee machine did not work, our shower did not drain. Our room was nice and big, and staff was very nice.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Easy parking (although expensive). Amazing tube route. The only thing i would say is attention to detail in room with regards to cleaning, some spots missed and looked tired. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable stay, friendly fast check in and out, underground parking at £22 per night, nice room and great shower. Ideal location for short walk to tube, and the many pubs and restaurants of Chiswick High Rd.
