The man who checked me in was very nice. I hope he can find somewhere else to work, because he was the only good thing about this location. Everything else was horrible. If I had a choice to stay somewhere else I would have, but short notice left this as the only option that wasn't miles outside the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was several areas where attention to detail was needed. There were MANY bugs inside the ceiling light globes; the baseboards were seriously stained with moisture (?) or some sort of brown colour; towels looked like stained rags; and there was a lot of noise/music in parking area.

No towels in bathroom. Cushion missing from sofa. phone jack pull ed off wall, laying on the floor. bathroom heater didn't appear to work. Only a 1/4 inch of toilet paper left in bathroom. I had to contact expedia to get any service for check-in. No one was present to check out. The bed was comfortable. No wi-fi password given.

Pros ; we got there pretty late and i made a reservation online with my CC before going so check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk who helped check us in was super friendly and easy going. My friend that stayed the night reported to me that the bed was very comfortable , and that the wifi worked so he was able to watch shows and stuff on his phone. He said he had stayed in much worse lol They also advertise check out as being from 11 to 1pm which is really awesome and my friend really appreciated having that extra time to hangout in the morning and have a slower start to the day Cons; he said there wasnt any toilet paper in the room [luckily he used his own] hes just too nice to complain about anything .. he also had said when he got to the room that the room wasnt the room advertised in the photos that we had booked from... i had told him to go ask if he could stay in the room we had thought we were booking based on their photos and he said "he didnt want to be a bother or be rude" again hes just way too nice to ever complain or seem ungrateful All in all ; it was my friend who stayed and he was happy with the experience overall. Thankyou so much for accomodating us

Thus is the first hotel room where I could not find TV connected, bedlight socket not there no iron to iron my clothes, no water to drink, towels were dirty. I will never recommend. Better return my money. I did not attend my conference and left the hotel early morning to go home.

This hotel is not up to standard. The photos online are completely misleading — the place looks nothing like what was advertised. When I asked for a refund because of the false presentation, the staff refused and offered no help. The experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save your money and choose a place that actually delivers what it promises.

I spent one night at the American Plaza Motel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, and there was no toilet paper or towel in the bathroom when I arrived. After informing the front desk, they provided them, but this should have been prepared in advance. There was no kettle or microwave in the room, and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. The room also didn’t have a thermostat, and it was uncomfortably warm, so I had to open the door several times just to cool it down. To make things worse, around midnight, guests in a nearby room started shouting loudly for about an hour, and I couldn’t sleep afterward. Overall, I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

The place was dirty and cold. We took a look and went back to the front desk and told them that wasn't acceptable and that we wanted a refund. They were unpleasant.
