The location and staff are great. The hotel definitely needs some refurbishment inside. Our room was dirty, the bathtub edge was dirty. We asked that our room be serviced and it wasn’t when I tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I had to go downstairs to ask for towels, I didn’t mind to have to do this, but someone else just might. Our daughters room had to be changed because the air conditioner stopped working and was making a rattling noise. They moved her to a room with a better view however, she again had to call service because the toilet wouldn’t flush.

This was perfect for our trip to London. Everything about the room, perfect. Location, perfect. Transportation to the rest of London, not near the Tower, was just a taxi ride away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing open for breakfast was a buffet, which was extremely crowded due to all the tours at the hotel. We had no option for an à la breakfast and had to pay $60 American for two people. Definitely not worth it. Had a hard time getting an elevator to go down because they were always filled with people and their luggage. Had to walk the steps down numerous times.

No A/C, no washcloths, no hair conditioner, no body lotion. All provided at all hotels. The breakfast food was poor. Coffee not drinkable staff was very nice. For the costs, we expected more. No information provided concerning nearby restaurants.
