Nice hotel close to Victoria Station and is in good condition, however, a couple of issues. First, getting to the room was tricky. Stayed on the 6th floor, but had to take one elevator to the 4th floor and then walk to another elevator. Then, take that one to the 6th floor. Also, the room was extremely small. No drawers for clothes or room for our luggage, so we essentially pulled out what we needed and left everything else in the suitcases that were constantly in our way. This is an old building and rooms were small back in the day. Other than that, everything else was modern and worked.

Loved the staff in reception, especially a young man named Paddy. He was extremely friendly and so very helpful with whatever concern, need, or question we had during our week stay. Beautiful building and very comfortable room (we were in a deluxe king room).
