This cabin was perfect for me and my kiddos. It was cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils/tools, the beds were comfy and it was easy to get to. The only downside was it was a bit dirty. There were a few piles left behind from the previous renters dog, bugs and debris in the hot tub, some dead bugs in the kitchen and a couple dog hair “tumble weeds”. There was also a fallen tree that encroached the drive so the kids and I had to cut the branches so we could pull in. Nothing too crazy, but the cleaning company could have paid closer attention to the details.

Fun Getaway

Cute place! Clean and close to all the caves…but enough away that it's quiet. Great hot tub and view on back deck is serene. Will definitely book again!

Hideaway cabin

We had a great experience at Hideaway Cabin! The place was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. We brought our dog and she loved the private drive and being able to explore in the woods. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Hocking Getaway

We were looking for a quiet place for a friends’ weekend in the hocking hills state park area. This cabin was a delight! We were within 20 minutes of any trail or park attractions we wanted to explore. Beautiful setting!

Perfect Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our 2 year old (even some plates and cups for him!) and our 2 dogs. It was a good distance away from other people and about 15 minutes away from trails. We will be staying here again!!

Perfect get away

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin, neatly tucked away in Hocking Hills! Super close to all kinds of things not too far away from anything we needed yet secluded! And I have to say the beds were so comfortable. That’s a rare thing to find! We would stay here again 1000 times!!!

Fabulous Fall Break

Cabin was just what we were looking for - had more than enough space for everyone plus our dog. Great location for our hiking adventures. Everything we needed to enjoy relaxing family time in the evenings and coffee on the porch in the mornings. FABULOUS trip!

Had a great time. Cozy feeling cabin but roomy enough for a family of four. Good location, secluded but resonable driving distance to groceries and great hiking. No complaints!

Very nice! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again! Very clean! Beds were comfortable, everything that you may need was provided. Very remote so nothing but peace and quiet.

Perfect Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Secluded Cabin. The bed was so comfortable. The cabin was secluded and we did not see anyone the whole time. The lay out was perfect and the hot tub was one of the nicer ones we have used. The host went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Thank you!!

A wonderful stay

We loved the Hideaway Cabin. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hard wood floors squeek when you walk on them, which we found charming. We also liked that this cabin has a covered back patio, this allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when it was raining. The hot tub was fantastic after a day on the trails at Hocking Hills. Everything is a good 15 min drive from the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin and would stay again in the future. Thank you Buffalo Cabins!

Cute cabin in woods

The host informed us that the cabin had well water. We didn't realize how much it would smell like sulfur. Thankfully the hot tub only had normal chlorine smell. Otherwise the place was nice and well stocked. Nice to be secluded.

Great Girls Trip

We are high school besties that do a getaway once a year. The cabin was spotless and well equipped! There were places for all of us to sleep. The hot tub was great! While there are benches around the fire pit, we older ladies did wish that we had bring bag chairs. So that’s my only tip to anyone who needs a chair with a back to sit around the fire;bring a bag chair. Great location; easy to find and the hosts were great communicators

Really enjoyed the cabin! Shower upstairs leaks through glass. We only used downstairs sjower. Wasn't thrilled about paying extra for propane tank. However everything was clean quiet and nice!

Comfortable cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that we would definitely recommend is for them to install some hooks. There were hooks available in the one bedroom, but not enough for 5 people. I would like to see some at the entry to the house and the bathrooms for sure. Wouldn’t mind having some near the back door for the hottub in the winter too. Otherwise I would highly recommend this cabin. I enjoyed cooking in this kitchen too.

Vacation stay

The cabin itself was very nice and clean. The internet was very intermittent. Most times we had to walk to top of road. First time, in years of getting together, no contact with owners. Also, closing office at 4 on a Thursday and 2 on Friday not good.
