The Nest at Hiding Place Cabins

Cozy cabin with a charming mix of traditional and chic. Large great room w/ gas fireplace. Queen bed, hot tub on deck, fire ring, sofa, spectrum internet. Pet Friendly! Everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
The Nest Cabin provides a very cozy getaway. The interior of the cabin is a quaint mix of rustic and chic, providing the true cabin feel with a bit of style. Amenities include a gas log fireplace, full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, dishwasher, hot tub and full bathroom. A great couple's retreat. We are close to all the Hocking Hills attractions including winery and antique shops. We are only 4 miles from Boch Hollow, a hidden gem and less traveled trail in Hocking Hills. Pet friendly!

This was the best cabin I’ve stayed at so far after going to hocking hills for awhile, not far from anything but also covered enough for privacy

Relaxing getaway

The hot tub was nice and the privacy at the cabin was a big plus. My favorite thing to see were the deer that visit the deer feeder nearby!

Quiet Cabin Getaway

Anniversary

This property was clean, cute and private. It had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing weekend for two. It was a great location for visiting Hocking Hills State Park. We also enjoyed visiting some nearby restaurants and bars in Logan. The hot tub was absolutely perfect. We would for sure stay here again.

Nice cabin

Cabin was very clean and roomy. Chose to stay in a cabin instead of hotel for a week. Being able to make own food, have extra room and feel more like home was nice.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at the Nest! Very cozy but still plenty of room and everything we needed. Secluded and private. The hot tub was such a great amenity. The owner was extremely responsive to questions. We hope to return regularly to stay here.

Great spot

The cabin was a great place for a wkend vacation. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing. I was happy when I found a little led lantern cause I left mine at home. Quiet property so the back porch was great place to sit and relax. We’ll stay here again.

Our second stay in this cozy cabin

We had a great stay at the Nest and couldn’t recommend it more! Great location and amenities, squeaky clean, and we were able to bring our dog. The hot tub was a highlight and the bed is super comfy. Paul and Annette even messaged us during our stay to make sure a wind storm hadn’t affected our stay. This was a return trip for us and won’t be our last!

Great Getaway for a Reasonable Price

Cabin was perfect for a few days away in beautiful Hocking Hills. The location was great. It was secluded enough to feel like you were out in the woods away from it all, yet close enough to Logan to have some options for restaurants, a brewery, winery, shopping, etc. It was close enough to all of the parks, hiking trails and attractions (like ziplining and canoeing) where you could get to everything in 30 minutes or less. The cabin itself was nothing fancy but was clean and well-stocked with most everything you would need. Hot tub looked brand new and was located on the secluded back deck. The fire pit served its purpose. The communication with the owners was excellent and timely. Our only complaint was the AC in the bedroom was somewhat loud and rattled a lot when the compressor kicked in. I was too tired after a long day of hiking to mess with it during the first night, but kind of pushed in and repositioned the front grates a bit the next day so the rattling wasn't quite as bad. All in all, a great little place. We would definitely return and hope to do so in the future to hike some of the trails that we missed.

Comfy cabin! Perfect for our weekend getaway. The hot tub was clean and comfortable. Loved everything about the place… except the coffee pot. It was a knock off one cup machine that I had to hold the lid down for it to brew. Could use a better coffee maker. Other than that, 5 ⭐️

Cozy private cabin

We loved being close to downtown Logan and Hocking Hills Park. Private location in the woods, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of touring and hiking. Our golden retriever felt at home and enjoyed her vacation as well!
