The property is absolutely beautiful, and our group had a wonderful time there. The amenities were exactly as promised, it was super clean, and set in a great location. We will definitely be returning!
Our group had a fantastic weekend playing basketball and enjoying the area. Clean, spacious, awesome theatre, and the court was so much fun. Great hot tub, and the bar with TVs was an awesome touch.
Only one complaint - the water needs some attention. I’ve dealt with well water and it was totally expected, but the sulfur smell was like nothing else. After a few showers the whole place would smell of sulfur. If that gets fixed this place is basically perfect. Great weekend nonetheless!

FANTASIC
We had a great time at Buckets Lodge, the place was great with tons of room for the family. The kids LOVED the basketball court and movie theater
The lodge is expansive, but we felt unsafe because of electrical issues. We cut the stay short. Glad I had my 2 hvac grandsons along.

Chairs in Movie Theater mostly broken and unsafe
Temperature difficult to control
Need instructions for electronics
Need more kitchen towels
Great property had a lot of fun. Defintely a lot of memories made. Only complaints was there were 2 remotes missing for the movie theater room so we were completely unable to use it. Which is a shame because we really wanted to. And the water had the really bad sulfer smell. 1 shower and the entire ppace stunk up. But still a great time.
We stayed at Buckets Lodge with a group of 12 friends. The stay was overall great - the basketball court was a great surprise (we assumed we wouldn’t use it, but definitely enjoyed having it), and the space was very conducive to a large group for family dinners and fun. However, the space itself could use some love. I think we were one of the first renters, and there were some kinks to work out - no places to hang towels, not enough supplies, a terrible sulfur smell from sitting water, etc. The good news is that the property owner was very responsive and committed to making these updates for future renters. They took the time to gather my feedback, and I suspect future rental experiences will be very smooth.
The property was as listed and the gym was great. The property states that power outages and loss of internet may occur and they do not offer refunds. We lost the internet the first night due to a power surge that cooked the router. The second night we lost power. There were no flash lights, candles or water available. There was no generator. Most of our group had to stay in hotels for one night (we had children, an infant, and a pregnant woman). The conditions were unsafe and this should be anticipated by the owners. Another safety concern was that water from the roof created an ice patch at the front door. There was no snow shovel or salt, making the entrance a hazard. As an aside, there are no towel racks or coat hooks in the property. The chairs in the theater room were in disrepair and we had no internet for five days so the projector could not be used. This is a unique property and the gym saved our vacation. Given the rental fees, the place should be upgraded and safety issues addressed.
