The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a coin-operated laundry room on the third floor of the building. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towels and a set of free toiletries. The studio has access to all multimedia amenities, such as a flat-screen TV (SmartTV+) and high-speed WiFi connection. There is no parking space attached to the apartment.
