We arrived late at night, and the host sent us very clear check-in instructions via WhatsApp. We also checked out very early in the morning, so we never had the chance to meet the host, but everything went seamlessly. "We had an amazing stay at Hotel Don Ferrante in Monopoli! We booked the Dama Bianca suite, located in a separate annex just a short walk from the main office, and the room exceeded our expectations; a spacious sitting area and private patio made it perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or wine at night. The property's location was ideal for exploring the town on foot, and the staff were friendly and helpful from booking all the way through checkout. The pool is small but mighty with stunning views & we highly recommend enjoying a quick dip in if you arrive a little earlier than check-in :) Breakfast was a nice surprise too.. great food, sea views, and attentive service. Overall, this hotel checked every box for a relaxing, memorable stay as a couple. We'd absolutely book here again next time we're in Monopoli. Highly recommend! - Matt & Monique"

"Perfect hotel! (And I rarely say that) Free parking across the street is a bonus for when you’re out all day exploring or at the beach and just want to come back and relax and have dinner later. Walking distance to center of town. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff there to help you with all your needs including the reception, servers, spa attendants, and the maids. The spa was very reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing - try the “percorso” which is a little bit of everything. And last but not least the breakfast was abundant and even varied a little each day. Will return here next time I am in Puglia."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"We had the most unbelievable stay at Leonardo Trulli . The property is absolutely breath taking between the epsom salt pool to relaxing ambience . The staff is next level : the current owner created a warm and friendly environment with incredible staff . We will definitely be back and already miss being there!"
