「Last minute booking but found all to be welcoming and as advertised. 」

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you have to pay an extra £60–£100, I would strongly advise choosing a different hotel. Here are the reasons why: Upon entering our room, we noticed black mould and strands of hair in several places. The room did not smell fresh or clean. The bed and pillows also appeared unclean, with hairs visible on the bedding. The corridors leading to the room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained. 「Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season」

「到着が遅くなってしまい、レセプションが閉まっていたのですが、入れるように対応していただいていて、大変助かりました。部屋は綺麗で、暖かい飲み物やクッキーなどが十分に用意されていて、寛ぐことができました。周りの国立公園の美しい自然を堪能するにはいい宿泊先だと思います。」

「What a gem of a place to stay. Right on the shore of Loch Lomond with stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in a spacious room. Yes, you can here small amount of noise from above but we would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fabulous」

「Great hotel / pub in Inverary. We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Islay, and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and were great in dealing with my wife’s Coeliac Disease dietary needs (couple of the staff are Coeliacs but all staff were knowledgeable). We also had our Black Labrador with us and again he was welcomed and accommodated without issue. It’s rare to find places that cater for both Coeliacs and Dogs :-) Our room was large and well...

「Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer: Great breakfast and a large room with comfortable bed, big bathtub/ shower with separate toilet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「スタッフの対応が非常に良かったです。建物自体はそこそこ古く、日本のホテルで例えれば山奥の温泉ホテルといった風情です（温泉は出ませんが）。給湯のインフラが弱く、シャワーが途中から水になってしまいました。すぐにフロントにクレームすると、一度に多くの部屋でシャワーを使うとタンクのお湯がなくなってしまうのだとの由。でも、すぐに特別なブースターを点火するから1時間ほど待ってくれとのことで、1時間後に無事お湯のシャワーを浴びることができました。Wifiも部屋では利用できないレベルで、主にロビーのソファで使用しました。他の宿泊客は、多くが年配の方で、一部はグレンコー等をトレッキングすると思うような装備で、ネット環境を重視する宿泊客はあまり多くないのかもしれません。 このホテルで感動したのは朝食でした。ここで初めてキッパーズというニシンの燻製を食べたのですが、これがめちゃウマで、ポーリッジと一緒に食べるともうほとんど和食です。なお、西洋式にはポーリッジを食べ終わってからキッパーズが給仕されるのですが、魚はおかゆと一緒に食べたい私たちは、一緒に持ってきてくれと特別にお願いしました。」

「レストランの通りを挟んだ向かいに宿泊用の部屋が有ります。レストランのスタッフに到着した旨を告げると、部屋の鍵を持って、案内して呉れました。エレベーターが無いので、荷物が大きいと、2・3階に上がるのは、大変です。室内はキレイに改装されており、シャワーのお湯も勢い好く出ます。　Bramblesのレストランは夕方迄しか営業して居らず、夕食は近所の別のレストランで食べねばなりません。件数が少ないので、シーズン中は、早めに予約をとっておかないと、夕食時間が遅くなってしまいます。 朝食は、大きな器に山盛りにしたベリー類等、素晴らしいものでした。勿論、卵も好みに応じて焼いて呉れます。 駐車場が無いのですが、目の前の通りが駐車可なので、空いたところを狙って停めれば、それでＯＫでした。」
