The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.

The staff took note that we are vegan and ensured a special meal was prepared for us everyday at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.
They also were very helpful in finding things in the area and were receptive to requests we had and addressed them promptly.

Spacious room with everything you would need. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food. Even when busy did not have to wait long for anything. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Nice location close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

Clean room. When checked in we got a room with no air conditioning After a few attempts to fix they switched us to another room right away. Pool is nice but very cold, couldn’t swim. Breakfast had lots of variety, staffs very friendly and tentative.
