The holiday apartment 'Villa Paola Bilo 4 Bis' is located in Loano and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 28 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. In addition, a ping-pong table is available for your use.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful park and a garden. Furthermore, the property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a playground and an outdoor shower. Depending upon availability, sunbeds and sunshades are also provided.
The property is located in a quiet area about 3km from the sea and the historic centre of Loano. Services, including restaurants and shops, are situated within a few hundred metres distance. The restaurant Il Caiucco is located nearby and offers a 10% discount for the property's guests. A 10% discount is also available for the lido Bagni Miramare, reachable with a shuttle bus (free during all months except for August). There is also a shuttle service to the beach at a reduced price. It is also recommended to visit the market of Loano which is held every Friday morning. Furthermore, bike hire is available in Via Aurelia at a 1.5km distance.

Appartment in guter Lage mit schönem Pool

Sehr gute Lage außerhalb von Loano. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Appartement ist einfach ausgestattet, aber okay. Das Badezimmer ist nicht ganz gelungen. Es gibt eine Mini-Dusche mit Vorhang. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, sind die Füße in der Dusche oder man sitzt seitlich. Schade ist, dass das WiFi nur am Pool und in wenigen Zimmern funktioniert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub
