Basic 4 bedroom house with private swimmming-pool located in a very quiet area only 8km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

This house has a living room with fireplace, tv and access to a small but pleasant balcony with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, diswasher and washing machine.

There are 3 bedroom with 3 double beds in each (140x190cm), 1 bathroom with bath and 1 bathroom with shower.

From the main dining room stairs lead to a comfortable attic with tv, library, and 1 double bed (135x190cm).

This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming-pool (8x4m), garden, a built in barbecue with fridge and microwave, and a shady terrace where you can enjoy nice meals next to the pool.

Parking space for 1 car included in final price.
